Was anyone in Daily Plaza that morning not deliberately planted there by the conspirators? The buildings and streets were probably built that way to accommodate a motorcade rolling into a crossfire.

Ed Opperman has an interview with the nephew of Frank Sturgis.

Frank was quite a character and sounded like a fun uncle. The nephew claimed that uncle Frank told him that he was on the "B" Team.

It seems reasonable that Sturgis knew Hoy (both from Norfolk) and other "coincidences" so Hoy maybe was on the "B" team.

Whatever he was doing in Dallas, he wasn't there out of dumb luck. He had a roll to play, which comes through when interviewed by the FBI. He might have been there to add to the confusion. Alternatively, he might have been another patsy. He did seem to have a few screws looses.
